Acer TravelMate 312T

Now (as October 2005) I'm using Debian GNU/Linux Testing Etch distribution, with kernel 2.6.8.

• Notes on compiling kernel 2.6.8.
• Configuration file for X.Org: xorg.conf.
• Notes about using the touchpad with X.Org.
• This is the old Pagina NON COMPLETA that I wrote in 1999, when I installed Debian GNU/Linux 2.1 Slink on it.

I do not want a graphical login on this notebook, just execute startx if I need X. So I commented out from the line from /etc/X11/xdm/Xservers:
