====== Notebook Hacking ======
 
In the 1999 I bought an **Acer TravelMate 312T**. Read about my [[http://www.rigacci.org/comp/312T/|experience installing Linux]] and Windows 98 on it.

The notebook came with Windows 98 Italian version, which has an **annoying bug** with **SYSTRAY.EXE** and PCMCIA. There is a page where Microsoft acknowledges the bug, but does not provide a fix.
