+When the system goes in sleep mode (Settings Manager => Power Manager => Put sleep after) the session is locked and the user's password is requested to return to the session. If you want the screen to go black but not require a password to resume the session, go to Settings Manager => Session and Startup => Application Autostart and disable **Screen Locker (Launch screen locker program)**.
