La modalità live view mostra la scena sia nel mirino (quando l'occhio è vicino al mirino) che nel monitor (allontanando l'occhio). Premendo il pulsante OK il super control panel si sovrappone all'immagine.

Premendo il pulsante display switching sulla destra del mirino si passa la modalità viewfinder: con l'occhio nel mirino viene mostrata la scena, allontanando l'occhio viene mostrato il super control panel nel monitor. Per impostazione predefinita il super control panel scompare dopo tre secondi e la macchina va in sleep mode: si tratta della modalità Quick Sleep Mode.

Questa impostazione può essere disattivata da Custom menu ⇒ K Utility ⇒ Quick Sleep Mode: Off.

In live view mode the camera will show the scene in the viewfinder (when the eye is near the viewfinder) and into the monitor (when the camera is moved away from the eye). Pressing the OK button, the super control panel is superimposed over the scene.

Pressing the display switching button on the right side of the viewfiner, you activate the viewfinder mode: puttin the eye into the viewfinder you can see the scene, moving it away the super control panel is shown into the monitor. With the default settings the super control panel is hidden after just 3 seconds and the camera will enter immediately into the sleep mode. This is the Quick Sleep Mode.

This setting can be changed from the Custom menu ⇒ K Utility ⇒ Quick Sleep Mode: Off.
