To bypass the network and Microsoft account requirement during Windows 10 setup, use the built-in OOBE bypass command

• Proceed through the initial Windows 10 setup screens until you arrive at the “Let's connect you to a network” screen.
• Open Command Prompt: Press Shift + F10 on your keyboard.
• Run the Bypass Command: OOBE\BYPASSNRO
• The computer will automatically restart.
• Proceed with “I don't have internet” / “Continue with limited setup”.

Impossibile effettuare il login se la rete è disconnessa.

• On the Windows sign-in screen, press and hold the Shift key while selecting Power > Restart
• Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt
• net user administrator /active:yes

• Settings > Accounts > Your info
• Sign in with a local account instead
